Not sure exactly, but he hasn't made any comments about moving that I know of, could be wrong.

My god having bought 21 players last year i can not imagine what shit they would be in if they got relegated .They could do a Derby but I am more concerned about our position ,sod Forest could not happen to a better club . So cocky last year and one of them assaulted our Billy unforgivable . Watching them now against the Gunners ,they are not in the match ,on the back foot all match and thats after spending all that cash last year .

Is O'Brien L-footed and can he be creative going forward ?
If so , sneak him onto the bus next Friday , they've so many players they won't miss him
 
If we can't get O'Brien , who are the other starting quality L-sided creative MF that we should be in for ?
We couldn't create anything down the L with Osborn today - if opponents know that , they only have to defend one side and it's too easy for them

Completely agree. We need a square peg for the left midfield square hole. I'm not laying all the blame on Osborn as he seemed to be playing on the right as much as the left today. I think part (but by no means all) of the reason Lowe always cuts back because his options in front are so limited.

Man City have stockpiled a lot of left footed midfielders. Outside of that, there aren't too many who may be available I am aware of. There's Alexander Prass at Sturm Graz and I've mentioned Krejci at Sparta Prague a few times, but he's defensive rather than creative and no sign of any interest from us in either.

Hope so at the levels Forest are demanding.
I’ve no doubt he’ll get a Championship loan but we can always loop back on this next season when Forest’s leverage is even weaker. Crap for the player but that’s why you pick your team carefully when moving and don’t just chase the pay.

Yep you’d like to think both this and Smallbone will still be on the table next year if we need them. Maybe Smallbone on a free if he still doesn’t sign a deal
 
i think we need doyle and obrien oh and a couple of strikers while were at it get those 4 in and we would have half a chance of staying in the prem

Smallbone will probably have better options by then, even if we stay up. Also likely to renew with Southampton if they go up

I'd give us a better chance with OBrien in the future

I think he will if he’s fit but if he has done his hamstring and misses a chunk of this season he might still be getable
 

LexBlade89 Zarkaria has baggage, although has a player is a good option. Might cause too much of a problem Re: The rightful inclusion of all supporters.

Being Australia based, I have endured watching a fair bit of A-League. Goodwin is too old and probably just not up to it (early thirties I think). The one to go for from Adelaide is Irankunda, but as well as not being a leftie he's too far at the other end of the age scale (only 17 but already creating waves).

I think we need a good left wing back . Not expecting RND back for a while and Lowe is struggling and the french lad is not great . We really look vulnerable on the left in attack and at the back. Apart from Anel we have not really added to the squad apart from loans for a long time and now we are paying the price relying on players who were here in league one all those years ago and expecting them to be up to prem league standards after all this time .I am not having a go at any of them they try their best and give their all for the coarse and i thank them for that but the quality is not there . Lets hope we have uncovered some gems with the new lads once they have settled .

I think he's worth a shot. And if things went well people would have to work around him being a conservative Muslim ☪️. Can't let reporters bait him with things that are against his religion especially if he's putting up 18 goals a season. Imo

Too late to be looking now. We assume that the club knows who they want and are well advanced in getting them.
Certainly Hecky expects an arrival or two this week.

When asked if he was expecting any arrivals before Forest I think he said “certainly “, but please correct me after listening again to him.
 
Yesterday proved we need experienced, energetic PL players, so some of the £10-15m level Dirties, Leicester or Soton players might do and they would have had the preseason to be game ready. That way we might get a point this month...

Robbo used to be a LB - I would play Trusty at LCB and Robbo at LWB for now - Lowe is not good enough and Larouci is not ready.

Thought the opposite, I thought Lowe come into the game but then came off injured. Robbo is not at the standard to be starting in the PL, Trusty should be given a go, the sooner we bed the new signings in the better.
