The rumour was Birmingham were going to give him £35k p/w

If that’s true it’s mad money for someone coming out of league 1 who’s had a nasty injury recently.

Just watched his clips. So he’s right sided like Brooks. I was hoping Brooke’s would have a big break out there next season.

Poku can also play up top or just behind the front two. He's very adaptable, hard to knock off the ball for his stature and he likes to keep the ball and drive with it, both taking on players inside and outside, something we severely lack.

thats because we dont play like that wilder has to step it up next season from this possesion based tippy tappy going nowhere system to a brave attacking side on the front foot thats how leeds and burnley got promoted

Allegedly we were in for him in January so with any luck the hard work has been done already.

I don't think he'll sign for Sunderland as League One to Premier League is a step too far, even if he goes to the Championship on loan (which would be out of his control as to which team).

Birmingham are allegedly interested and can splash the cash but they could well be in a relegation fight. Many other clubs will be interested and he's highly sought after.

It'll likely be between us and Coventry. Two seasons ago he had a great partnership with Ephron Mason-Clark, who was on loan at Peterborough from Coventry, and there is the appeal of Frank Lampard. We have Harrison Burrows in our corner and may be viewed as a better bet for promotion than Coventry.
