This thread answers that question really. Apart from the majority agree that it should have stripes on the back some of us like it, some of us aren't going to buy it, some of us think people should be paraded outside the Lane and have rotten fruit thrown at them, some of us don't mind the sponsor etc..

They'd never get anything done.

Let's call it right. It's fkin awful. I for one won't be buying any for my lads as I don't like them to be walking billboards.

I know a sponsor brings in money and it's commercially necessary for Utd, but why oh why do football clubs think it is ok to bring out kits with enourmous plastic stick on advertisement blocks on the front of the red n white stripes. It just ruins it for me.

A simple thick stripes red n white jersey, black shorts and white socks. By all means have a sponsor on the shirt but have it small, classy, and fairly indiscreet. Sometimes less is more. Think of that classy looking bird down town who shows an appropriate amount of cleavage and a flash of thigh, against the town slapper who is showing all and sundry.

Piss poor kit that Utd. I shall be buying my lads some retro blades kits online for this season.

I don't think I'll be getting any more shirts with sponsors on, unless it really was outstanding and the sponsor was discreet.

They just ruin it completely. And the concept of fans walking around loudly advertising random companies is just bizarre.

The back of our shirts can't even escape sponsors logos now, and next it'll be the sleeves.

My first impressions is that they've absolutely ballsed up.

From the initial taster shown, they had so much potential and they've actually gotten it so, so wrong.
