Kenny to Qpr when he returns from holiday next week 99%
Monty to Leeds from an ex player at the Lane 95%.

>Heard anything about SS coming in sitters
probably by some fancy pincer movement (sorry couldn't resist).. the paddy one is a bit weird atc.. monty see ya.. perhaps he could take his ginger pal with him.. frankly i'm astonished at the apparent lack of interest in one of our 'best' performers.. then again

No heard nothing about incomings but the people I know would know more about outgoings.

Steve Simonsen.

Shame that Swansea haven't firmed up their interest in Quinny yet. We could get rid of all the boo boys favourites in one swoop.

The Paddy one is interesting, although I believe his contract was only extended for a year so he is free to leave at the end of the season.

heh.. multiple reply..

please make it so.. there's a reason that they get booed you know.. (hint: they're all crap)

If the rumours are to be believed, we are selling about 90% of our players to Leeds & QPR. I'd be amazed if we let Kenny go .....although if we then nicked Grant off the Pigs I'd be happy enough. I can't see Kenny or Morgan leaving. Montgomery might & Hendo probably will.

Fucking hell if Kenny and Monty go, we may as well sell Morgan and rip the heart out of the team.

and heres me thinking trevor birch said in the star that we were trying to tie down the spine of our team to new deals for next season....

I wouldn't want Grant, too hit and miss plus he is shit on crosses. I'd rather have SS than Grant, he's a better keeper IMHO.

Well there you go then, what have you been told about thinking Puppet?

Have to see whether all these come off, but the words "rats" and "sinking ship" spring to mind. Was hoping for a positive early start to our transfer dealings but this is not positive to my mind.

Hmm not sure about that.

If we lose Kenny and get SS on lower wages and cash in.
If we lose Henderson and get in Bogdanovic on lower wages and cash in.

I'm failing to see the huge downside? Montys out of contract so we are at his whim at the moment.
Personally I think Naysmith signing would be much more important to us going forward to next season than losing Monty.

Ta Kenny. Thanks for repaying the debt you owe to the club and fans

He might not actually want to go - no-one knows at the minute.

If Simonson signs I won't be disappointed, but I'd rather have Kenny :(

Incidently both the rumours about Paddy leaving and Monty have been posted on bladesmad.

Well, thats it then. They'll deffo be off :)

I'd be very surprised if Paddy went with all last seasons debacle and all. Still if we could bring in Simo or Speroni from Palace (they are cash strapped and he is decent) I wouldn't lose any sleep.

Thats your opinion and fine

From my point of view I would rather keep The holding midfielder that won fans and players player of the year than an aging left back who is only just coming back from a long term injury ( which generally brings other niggles and periods of inactivity)

Simonsen on lower wages? I doubt it.
The overall problem is despite us needing loads of players the emphasis is already on more leaving.
Desperate times.

I think our opinions on what Monty brings to the team vary. I'm not much up for a player who can tackle but can't pass and was shown up against Swansea as not even able to just play the holding role.

If you think he played well throughout the season, it probably best left at that and we agree to differ.

There's an IF starting that sentence Len. Try looking closer you might spot it.

HA :)

Came from quite credible sources though, although I'm hoping they're wrong about Paddy. They didn't name him, just said he would be packing his mitts and another goalie could be coming in.

Not that bothered if Monty goes.
