4 at 220 ? Where in the ground are they for ????
They're ringside.
I am, but if the drinks selection and service is the same as on match days, I'll be tempted to stay in the pub until the Groves fight.
I've asked a few times how much a pint of their pish will be on the day. No reply.
I'm on a stag do and the stag wants his moneys worth, so he's on about going in shortly after doors open...need to convince him otherwise, otheriwse we'll get ripped off at the bar and we'll be in the Lane for 6 or 7 hours!
That sounds like a good plan. Will do something similar.FA Cup Final starts at 17:30.
I'm planning to half watch that over a few games of pool with my mates first then head to the ground at about 19:30.
Should still see the main 2 or 3 fights I would have thought?
I'm going. My feelings are similar to yours re entry time. It's a shame you can't dip in and out with a wrist band or something because I would like to see some of the early fights out of interest but think I'd get stir crazy in the lane drinking carling for that long.So who's going then? Never seen Kell fight live, and this will be the biggest fight I've seen. I saw Tyson fight Brian Nielsen and have been to a few other pro fights and the Golden Gloves tourament at Madison Square Garden but nothing quite as big as this - it's a huge fight and is getting media coverage all over the world
Fight Schedule:-
Kell Brook VS Errol Spence
12 x 3 mins IBF Welterweight World Championship
George Groves VS Fedor Chudinov
12 x 3 mins vacant WBA Super World Super-Middleweight Championship
David Allen VS Lenroy Thomas
12 x 3 mins vacant Commonwealth Heavyweight Championship
Jamie Cox VS Lewis Taylor
12 x 3 mins vacant WBA Intercontinental Super-Middleweight Championship
Anthony Fowler
6 x 3 mins Middleweight - Pro debut
Andy Townend VS Jon Kays
12 x 3 mins vacant Commonwealth Super-Featherweight Championship
Atif Shafiq
4/6 x 3 mins Super-Lightweight contest
Kyle Yousaf
4/6 x 3 mins Super-Flyweight contest
Nadim Saddiq
4/6 x 3 mins Middleweight contest
I fancy having a bet on a few of the main fights to give them added interest.
Anybody got any top betting tips on the undercard?
Might be a stupid question, not having been to a live boxing event before, but what's the best guess on when the first fights start? I want to take in as much as I can on the day, but also rather not sit around if nowt's happening.

Normally says on the web site or tickets, "doors open....." and then "first bell....."
It will be early because they have to be prepared for all fights going the distance
Probably be 30-45 mins after doors, then there won't be much wait time between each of them
Went AJ Klitschko and was in right at doors, first few fights weren't great, in fact most of undercard was pretty bland, but didn't really get bored and it flowed well from one fight to next
I'll try and catch all the 12 rounders at least
I doubt any of the fights will bore me. More waiting around after doors open would.
Eddie Hearn's fighers usually win.I fancy having a bet on a few of the main fights to give them added interest.
