I just don't see what he brings outside being another body in CDM. He spent time at Ipswich, and by and large was appalling, I'd rather we signed players who improve the squad, not players who can warn others not to jump too quickly.

It leaves us with Peck, Arbalaster, Soumare, Rothwell..... Arbalster has just returned from a long injury, Peck has recently returned from one himself, Soumare can not be trusted to play rest of the season as a starter.

i was hoping we would bring another striker in and its still not too late but i expect most of our new striker business will be done this summer at least 2 possibly 3 need to come in

Tbf we probsbly be paying more for the heating than we will be Phillips wages, City are coving a large chunk.

Move back to his home may help towards this, he may nit have settled in london nor ipswich and rhats why he couldnt replicate any sort of form.

Having his home comforts and friends & family around may help bring the best out in him again and make him feel happy and settled again, along with playing regularly.
