Sept 1991. 92-93 was a 2-2 draw
Could have been. It was dire. Both keepers kicking route one balls that would either go through to the other keeper, go out of play or headed down for the other defender to launch it back down the pitch. I think the only time the ball touched the grass of the centre circle was at the kick offs.
 
The bloke sat next to me in the South Stand left the Wimbledon game (the 0-0 one) at half time saying that it was the worst half he'd ever seen. I was praying that the second half would be a thriller to prove him wrong but it actually got even worse.

The most boring game I've seen was a 1-0 defeat away at Carlisle, around 1986 (not exactly sure). Their goal came from an indirect free-kick after John Burridge was penalised for walking more than four steps with the ball in his hand. It was raining, freezing cold and nothing else happened.
