Now, if there's one thing Pinchy loves more than water polo and fine wines, it's noteriety. Allow me to cement his celebrity status further:

So ladies and gents, what do you think? :)

For what it's worth: I don't think Fleck is performing as well as he did last season - not quite convinced he's a "one paced plodder" though...

He’s a WUM just ignore him

I'm just delighted Duffy came on to save our arses, as I've got a similar vendetta going on at work.

Fleck has always been a player that likes to drive forward with the ball, it's almost as though we can only have one player that's allowed to do this from midfield,
It's a novel idea, and everybody talks about our centre halves overlapping the wing backs, but they would be better off pushing up to fill in for Fleck whilst he gets forward. We might see a bit more quality in the final third with a creative player doing the job rather than one of our centre halves

He’s my favouritist most favourite player of all my favourity favourites. I favourite him even more than my previous favouritist favourites Nick ‘Monty’ Montgomery and Matt ‘Runaround’ Done.

I’ll kick and scream and cry if he’s ever ever ever left out no matter how ineffective his performances have become.

He had an odd game. His excellent through-ball to Stevens was crucial to the penalty. On other occasions he got caught on the ball and made poor choices. One chance to whip in a cross 2nd half and instead floats it near post and it’s easy to clear. He had an excellent opportunity to shoot 2nd half with a lot of goal to aim at and didn’t even get it on target. What I would say is that whenever something goes wrong, he never hides from the ball and will make himself available. He isn’t playing well – I wouldn’t be surprised to find out he’s had an ongoing injury that requires injections before games, or something like that. Yes, he had a good understanding with Coutts. But it doesn’t explain why so many parts of his game that weren’t reliant on that partnership have been poorer this year.

I only love our players when they defend every corner robustly, cut out every probing pass, make defence splitting passes and score with every chance.

Apart from that they are second rate pub cloggers one and all.;)

I would have taken Fleck off for Duffy today to be fair, I think Dowell would have been no worse and has a better shot, but that's just based on "how can I get this underperforming player off" more than anything.

Forums need characters and Pinchy is a character. Otherwise it’s just men typing on a screen.

I regularly sit in bed waiting for the missus to fall asleep so I can sneakily text and hide everything I’m doing. She knows I’m not cheating, I’m on s24su.

Problem for Fleck is Norwood. Norwood tries things too often that Coutts would never have tried - he’d instead have given it to Fleck to run with - and often they do come off but it’s hindering Fleck’s game.

That being said Norwood is miles ahead of Coutts right now in every sense of the word.

Fleck and Norwood are by far our best pairing as it stands. No one comes close, not Coutts, not Dowell, and certainly not Lundstram.

Last seasons Coutts and it would be a much tougher choice but as it stands he is miles off.

Noise and Nonsense, as usual.

It’s okay Flecker, carry on playing crap. Your place is spoken for.

Fleck was average today and fucked up 2 or 3 good opportunities, but he had at least as much influence as Norwood, who hinders his game, never gets substituted and is immune to criticism. Norwich's second goal came about after a spell of pressure triggered by yet another careless Norwood pass, by the way.

Something's not quite right with Fleck this season, I think it must be a fitness issue. He seems to be lacking the physicality and power that he had last season. It wouldn't surprise me if he was playing with injections or something like that.

But if he was to become any sort of scapegoat.... fuck me. And please never mention him in the same breath as Matt Done!

Nail and head for me. I think he’s playing with an injury for the record.

I wish he’d work on his fucking shooting.

I'm sure he once uploaded a video on here of him singing the John Fleck Irn-Bru song on the last day of the promotion season?

He hasn’t hit proper form since he was on international duty. What did Scotland do to him?

This sniping at players like Matt Done, gets on my tits, lad tried his best for us, just didn't really work out. Lets save our criticism for the likes of Hammond. Scougs, Done, O'Shea etc not championship players but part of the group that go us promoted, so they did for me.
