I assume you're talking about when he misplaced a pass in each of those games, which doesn't constitute a lack of concentration.
We’ve conceded 5 in 7 league games. In what way has his concentration been off? Yes he’s prone to the odd gaff but so are all our defenders. If he wasn’t he would have ended up stay in the prem after we were relegated
Think he's injured.Charlie Goode .?
That article just quotes the Express, don't think there's anything fresh in there.

Now that was silly, Clark a proven PL player making his debut. Only because Sarr beat him for pace in first 10 minutesOr, worse, people over-generalize. Take Ciaran Clark: after watching him for 60 minutes, some people decided he was shit. Not that he'd had a poor performance and needed to improve, but that he was shit, not good enough, Newcastle had had our pants down, etc. Lo and behold, he turns in a good performance on his next appearance and those people look a bit silly. Now, maybe it's not particularly big and clever to tease those people about their overreactions, bad predictions, etc, but this is a football forum, it's a bit rough and tumble at times and if you make a mug of yourself people will call you on it. Don't rush to unwarranted conclusions and it won't happen!
Spot on anything that puts promotion at risk is a no no .When we went up before it was our defence that was our strength . Same now anything that would disrupt that could prove so costly compared to what Leeds would be prepared to pay. It would be small compensation compared with the pot of gold waiting at the end of the rainbow.I can't see anything happening with this rumour, there may be interest from Leeds but I can't see United selling our captain and a mainstay in the team on transfer deadline day. He may not be quite as good as two/three years ago, although that's debateable, but to sell him now is a massive risk even for big money and it would have to be £10m plus I'd imagine for the club to consider it and will Leeds pay that, doubt it.
You've got to consider how easy it would be to get a replacement too. Yes Ciaran Clark could play there but we'll need another to offer cover there and of course Clark was brought in to play LCB, although RND's form may mean he's out of the team for the feasible. I still would want another to be signed, and I wouldn't want a young 18 - 21 year old with less than 50 games to replace Egan. You'd be looking for a similar type in experience terms to when we signed Carl Tiler and I doubt we'd be able to get a similar type now from the PL at this late stage and I would think it would be very hard to sign a decent player from another Championship team because no one will want to let a decent player go now, especially to a divisional rival. A replacement now would probably be a loan from a PL team and despite what I've just said Ethan Ampadu would probably be a good option, he's played a few games now but I'd till rather keep Egan; we don't need the money either. Another option (tin hat) would be Michael Hector on a free but he'd need a few weeks to get up to speed. Another off the top of my head is Mads Sorensen from Brentford who at 23 has played a few games for them in the Championship, he is their third choice centre back.
Ultimately it just seems that selling now would be a huge risk, unless there's some minimum fee release clause in Egan's contract then I'd be keeping Egan, I think he's a huge player for us and a big reason the defence is doing well.
Precisely if you want a key dressing room figure and on field performer at the last knockings of the window then you’ve got to pay enough to make it tempting and what we paid for him from Brentford isn’t that£4m hell no, especially to those tramps
The misplaced pass under no pressure against Sunderland was definitely a lapse in concentration and changed the complexion of the game. We were coasting at that point.
He lost his man for the equaliser away at Middlesbrough.
He was dominated by Carlton Morris at Luton and failed to communicate properly with Basham on their goal.
He nearly gifted Reading an equaliser last night. RND bailed him out.
I rate Egan but he has mistakes in his game which have started to become more frequent.
It would be madness to sell him this late in the window though.

it is lack of concentration if you concentrate you don’t play kamikaze passes

Lenihan at blackburn?Charlie Goode .?

He's already left and joined Boro this summer so he's off the list off potential replacements if Egan does go.Lenihan at blackburn?

In the Reading and Sunderland games he made mistakes, one costly one not. Anel almost gave one away Tuesday night as well. ALL our 3 centre halves struggled against Luton who were a handful. We are talking Championship players who’ve conceded 5 in 7. The only one I’ll give you is Middlesbrough’s second equaliser. He wasn’t switched on. (neither was McBurnie or Anel). One lack of concentration in 7 games is nothing to do with his mind being on a possible move to LeedsThe misplaced pass under no pressure against Sunderland was definitely a lapse in concentration and changed the complexion of the game. Ahh away games against don’t count then ?No it wasn’t, it was just a poor pass. Something that every player has done at some point. We don’t accuse every player of playing a bad pass of lacking concentration.
How do you know he failed to communicate properly with Basham? Maybe Basham just chose to ignore him. That incident was between Basham and Norwood anyway, putting it at the feet of Egan is stretching it a bit.
He lost his man for a goal. Can you name any defender that has never done that?
We’ve conceded just 5 goals in our last 19 home games, which suggests his mistakes aren’t becoming more frequent.

All CBs make mistakes.
