i think worrall is nailed on to sign for us whether wilder stays or cooper comes in he was found out at premier league level but is a good reliable championship centre back and a leader can see him being made captain if he comes here

it certainly is and it sounds like worrall was prepared to come to us in january so i think he will sign add 1 more centre back on loan and think we will be covered at the back

Taking a few from same place could also speed up the bedding in / gelling period teams in transition go through when trying to replace 10 plus senior members of the playing staff.

If we got Worrall and McKenna that would be a great 'minimum standard' to attain in defence for the next few seasons, regardless of league - we wouldn't be an embassment again

We have to be looking at top championship players if we are to bounce back quickly,Worrall is one maybe Brandon Williams is another.Wages could be a problem but players can't expect prem wages in the championship! Yes we will have a good championship budget which doesn't stretch to playing prem wages in the championship ,that would be silly even with new owners possibly picking up the tab.

Worrell is a must have for us. As others have mentioned a lot of the discarded Forest players are ones we need to look at.

I would have to bought he'd be that desperate to get out of forest and play first team football that wages won't be a big issue. A few big warmers will be off anyway or have already so we should be able to offer him a reasonable package you'd have thought.

Also worth noting Forest need to start shifting these players on since they have already been stung with an FFP punishment. I don't think they are in a position to start playing hardball like they did before.

The end of the FFP reporting year is 30th of June, so they need to have shifted as much deadwood from their team by then to avoid anymore charges.

If he signs he should be made captain from the first game. No fucking about, new start, a full departure from anything associated with last season. It would send a good message to everybody
