Wasn’t he second choice to Holgate? On that basis alone if I was him I’d tell us to do one
 

Wilder definitely had Worrall as his No 1 choice. Forest were playing hard ball. So we ended up with Holgate. Worrall very pissed off - ended up going to A club in Turkey. Good chance he will end up here next season. Source - from a clued up Forest season ticket holder I work with.

Forest are rich enough, and cunty enough to just keep him on the bench until his contract is up.
 
Now that they have stayed up they will be looking to offload players to free up squad places. Worrall is 100% not in there plans for the future. Plus everything has changed now we are relegated & no longer a threat. So a good chance he’ll be with us next season. According to the guy I work with he is a great leader on the pitch & very vocal.

Forest fucked Worrall about. Agreed in principal that he could join us on loan then at the last minute changed to a £6m (😂) permanent-only stance. Standard chicanery from the TSCs.
 
They won’t give a toss about us now. We are history & of no interest to them. They are now in completion with Ipswich, Leicester & AN Other + the likes of Brentford, Bournemouth, Fulham etc again.
 
McKenna would be a huge upgrade on Trusty and an improvement on Robinson too. We're about his level. On a free it makes sense (if he definitely is out of contract?)
 

Both would be superb signings for us and be a great start to the summers rebuild. Give us some steel and leadership at the back again and are no both still relatively young. Chuck in a decent keeper one of those we have already identified in another thread, and thats not a bad start. We really need to have an outstanding transfer window now, after the Prince and his team have played the fiddle whilst Rome burned.

i think bringing 2 new centre backs in will be top of our agenda this summer we need some physique and organisers and these 2 would fit the bill

Not if they want to avoid another 4 point deduction! They won’t be able to rely on there being 3 historically crap teams in the league to finish below them next season.

I mean, in Ipswich and maybe Leeds they can rely on 2.
But, I understand your sentiment.
 
Just watched his highlights, the man has a ping in his locker.
I think we'll have him before the end of June.
 
Let’s see if Wilder can get seemingly his first choice centre half.
 
I think mckenna might go to celtic or rangers but both would be excellent signings for you in the championship. I reckon if you could get both early it would be a real coup to basically buy a pairing who know each other well

Mckenna is a left footer isn't he? So he might replace Trusty, but I think Wilder likes Robinson so I think he'll go for the right footer in Worrall to replace Anel.
Both though, with Egan in the middle would be class.
