This could be exactly what we need
Unfortunately that's not true for several reasons! Although we could pretend it is.

He was definitely brown, no matter what the iconography saysWas Jesus Black!
Age is just a numberPeck always looked a standout player. Said to some friends a weeks back I wouldn’t be surprised if we found him around the 1st fringes like Osula and Jebbo… that or he’s the next out on loan. Positive stuff.
He ended up very cross too.He was definitely brown, no matter what the iconography says
Is this Tissoudali lad someone who had a trial with us. TBH not heard anything about him and google him.
In the full article he also says that he does not feel the respect and warmth when training with the Blades and that he has doubts over his future there. Like I said he is a player that needs confidence and warmth to shine, he is not the one to treat as a nobody trainee because he will not deliver then. Hope your management staff takes this on board or another big talent gone to waste for the group, just like Tissoudali.
Tissoudali was sold by us for peanuts during the winter transfer period when you were your last season in the PL. I never understood why the owners did not try to transfer him to you. He was and still is the best attacking player in Belgium, full international for Morocco and now subject to interest of Valencia. Big missed opportunity there to show how being part of a group could have benefits. Is this Tissoudali lad someone who had a trial with us. TBH not heard anything about him and google him. The problem is that it is a man’s game played by men. He cannot react like the spoilt kid in the play ground and expect special attention from his fellow players. Yes slowly Introduce him into the group etc etc. but
From the article it sounds like he wants a transfer to AA Gent.“Emotioneel afscheid” voor Ismaila Coulibaly na twee jaar Beerschot: “Ik hou van deze club”

I’d imagine it’ll be hard for him to begin with new country all new teammates but our group of players seem to get on well and socialise a lot outside of work so to speak so hopefully if he comes in gets his head down for a few weeks he’ll be made to feel welcome and part of the group. Our staff also have and extensive background working at junior level so you’d assume they’re used to putting an arm round a player so to speak.“Emotioneel afscheid” voor Ismaila Coulibaly na twee jaar Beerschot: “Ik hou van deze club”

I guess when he came over he was just this random player coming into training for a week. He'd be mixing with those who probably knew they were not getting new deals too. Not the best circumstances to be wholly accepted.I’d imagine it’ll be hard for him to begin with new country all new teammates but our group of players seem to get on well and socialise a lot outside of work so to speak so hopefully if he comes in gets his head down for a few weeks he’ll be made to feel welcome and part of the group. I hope he’s a success here as it seems we’re banking quite a lot on him working out and his pathway to first team minutes seems relatively unobstructed.
Does coulibaly say this?“Emotioneel afscheid” voor Ismaila Coulibaly na twee jaar Beerschot: “Ik hou van deze club”

Pretty sure Mbappe is picking the team, choosing the dressing room paint scheme and shagging the owner's wife as part of his new PSG contract!I think it’s time to realize we are in the year 2022 and not longer in 1964. If you want to be successful with young talents you need to manage them looking at their personal needs and character, it’s not a 1 approach fits all. I can think of hundreds of world talents who get special attention to get the best out of them and clubs doing very well because of it.
Yes, it’s an interview with him.Does coulibaly say this?
I’m not saying you have to go that far. I would never let him choose the dressing room paint scheme if I was an owner.Pretty sure Mbappe is picking the team, choosing the dressing room paint scheme and shagging the owner's wife as part of his new PSG contract!
Guessing it'd be purple all the way for you Purple?I’m not saying you have to go that far. I would never let him choose the dressing room paint scheme if I was an owner.

I think it is different this time. He comes as a fully fledged member of the squad.
Heckingbottom has a lot of experience of managing the younger talents and a lot seem to speak highly of his interactions. He's quite an intelligent, educated guy. One of the coaches, Jack Lester was also involved with the youth set up, so if he is going to thrive, he is not going to find much more of an empathetic support group than the one he is going into. Stuart McCall, a brilliant midfielder in his own right, looks after the midfield players and he's a very good natured sort of guy. I think he'll be surprised and as I mentioned before, with 5 subs he can be eased in. I found with 3 subs this is perhaps less forgiving.
Sharp is also an excellent captain. I'm sure he'll help him to settle in, just like with Berge.
No it isn't. It's a professional game played by young adults for whom being happy at work is important. They also have the power in the relationship and can force a move. The problem is that it is a man’s game played by men. He cannot react like the spoilt kid in the play ground and expect special attention from his fellow players. Yes slowly Introduce him into the group etc etc. but
Is Jebbo a wet blanket for refusing to go to Beerschot? He sounds like a bit of a wet blanket, if what he’s said is true.
Was Jesus Black!
