Going a little against the grain here but I think Lundstram is rapidly growing into the Coutts role. For me, he sometimes tries the world class pass when a simple pass would be the better option but I also think with Fleck back, he will have the simple option more often. I think he does more work in both boxes than Coutts and if he does continue to improve his distribution and decision making (which he has over the last few weeks), he could become a real player in that role.
I have to say, I really can't remember a management team who have improved players so much, even those who are at an age where most would say they won't get any better. Coutts, Freeman, Lundstram, Basham and Clarke to name a few have all become much better players under this coaching team. It's good to see.
