Really? It seems quite a good idea to me. We have no League game for a while. Why not build the excitement gradually to a crescendo?

Unless you think the talk of signings is itself bullshit? In that case, you are destined to be proved wrong. I would hope that you will be pleased about that!

My excitement Pinchy is overflowing (as evidenced by my gradually more desperate posts). I will be delighted if the reported signings are not bullshit and will join in the forecasted community jizz fest. It's just that everything is being built up to the beard and COG as a minimum and fuelled by Jimbo. If it goes pear shaped now someone (wife or cat) will answer!
 
it's started already, COG not coming as he's staying at Brighton, Gary mackay smith gone to Celtic, Kevin van veen not coming for whatever reason, only rumour not been squashed yet is brayford

I'll quash the Brayford rumour. We don't have £1.5million to spend and if Clough is going to spend that on a right back he's lost his marbles. Especially, since we've been bidding sod all for players.
 
Bidding sod all for players who might make the grade is one thing. Bidding on quality and a known quantity is a fish bearing kettle of completely different proportions.
He is well worth £1.5m in today's market. Question is, will we back it up with more GCI in the striking department. IF this is for real then I rather think we shall

If we get 2 think 2nd would be as the clock tics down on Monday or in the loan window when players ain't got the move they were holding out for
