Its just so slow and the biggest culprit for slowing it down is Peck. Matos has brought some energy. A good manager changes formation at half time goes to 3 at the back brings Mee. Hamer and Campbell on. Not going to happen is it. Time to write this one off. Hopefully this will be the managers last game. Not one shot on target in 5 games, appalling. Over 6 hours without a goal. Brooks and Barry are beyond useless right now. Brooks looked so promising last season, but he's really taken a step back this year. Disappointing.

Cannon had 6 touches, lowest in the entire game (second lowest was Hirst with 11). I don't even blame Cannon for this, there's no creativity there. How many attempts at crosses have Barry and Brooks had? How many successful?

With that said, some positives for me - Tanganga again, and McGuinness seems ok. Matos looks like a decent signing too. Fingers crossed we've sorted out the defensive side or at least made us competitive. Just need to work on the attack - we have Hamer, Chong on the bench and still to play is Ogbene so hopefully there's something to work with there for the lack of creativity

I remember getting pelters for not rating Brooks. He isn't a starter at championship level. I wouldn't say Barry is either.


Unfortunately we don't have obvious upgrades as traditional wingers

I don’t think Brooks and Barry are bad players, but they both basically don’t exist and offer absolutely nothing in this “system”.
They offer no out-ball, can’t run the channels because that’d put them on their wrong foot, and offer no defensive protection at all, and yet somehow aren’t high up the pitch either.

Cannon is the final boss of expensive shite Sheffield United strikers.
Both fullbacks look poor in totally different ways.
The two debutants look relatively good, but its a really low fucking bar.
