Why has it taken a year for rnd?I’m sorry but I can’t see Basham playing a game for us ever again. It’s exactly a year since Rnd did his hamstring in at Coventry away & he’s nowhere near a return to the pitch. Basham will be ready for a return in his late 40’s with our inept medical teams current treatment of players.
I’ll bring me boots
Why has it taken a year for rnd?
I don’t have an answer to your question but I bet it’s related to the inept medical & fitness staff trying to rush him back too soon. There is no reason you should be out for a year with a hamstring injury. 3 months at most and that’s including an operation. Why has it taken a year for rnd?
"Bogle is due one of his "injuries" that keeps him sidelined for 3 months also see Mcburnie."No one knows, someone on here said that apparently RND has used GDPR to disable the club commenting on his injuries.
Meanwhile Tom Davies is the next James Wallace and we have given a 3 year deal to, FML, but he's doing a bit for charity so it's fine.
You've then got Jimmy Fleck laughing all the way to the bank on 20k a week to be injured.
Lowe who is the only football player in history to injure himself on a sprinkler - stop laughing at the back.
Then we let Egan go and play for Ireland carrying a knock lo and behold comes back out for the season.
Bogle is due one of his "injuries" that keeps him sidelined for 3 months also see Mcburnie.
But we've looked into it and "play to many games" mmm 8 less than last year plus threw league cup away.
Absolute shit show.
You say that you don’t have an answer to the question. So why do you make one up? Only to try to slag the Blades off.I don’t have an answer to your question but I bet it’s related to the inept medical & fitness staff trying to rush him back too soon. There is no reason you should be out for a year with a hamstring injury. 3 months at most and that’s including an operation.
He was the opposite. Managed to keep playing despite having had his brain removed.
I think you will find that he was answering a question about top level football in general, not just United. He acknowledged that we will be playing less matches than last year, but his points about players in general are spot on.So, Hecky now says players play too much hence the freak injuries fuck me Davies out 4 month due to shooting practice and we’ve played 8 games in 10 weeks
He does talk some crap
“He’d be fit” rather than injured is rather optimistic.Could sign someone now and let him just train till January I think. Not the worst idea because least he'd be fit and know the players..
For whatever reason, Hecky has never picked him when he’s had to travel no further than Crookes. He was asked about football in general as well as for United. Many teams have players who play too much at intense levels as well as travelling. Just look how far Slimane has gone in the last ten days and we then expect him to come back and perform at top level immediately: it’s ridiculous.
Baldock and Osborn on the bench is actually a boost. Would mean no Sekiri/youngster's on the bench.I think Baldock is closer than what Hecky let on.
Baldock maybe but then he should probably be starting if he is fit enough to be on the bench. I think many people have suggested that bringing on some younger but faster players as sub would be more effective.Baldock and Osborn on the bench is actually a boost. If we're 3-0 up against Man Utd then players like Fleck/Osborn are good to bring off the bench to sure up the midfield.Baldock maybe but then he should probably be starting if he is fit enough to be on the bench. Well, it depends on the nature of the injury doesn’t it. You can have a strained hamstring. You can have a torn or ruptured hamstring. Or, in the worst cases, it can actually detach from the bone. That’s a very serious injury, and there can be various complications during the recovery and rehab. Even with a smooth recovery and no complications or setbacks no one is coming back from that in less than 6-9 months. Longer if there have been complications.I don’t have an answer to your question but I bet it’s related to the inept medical & fitness staff trying to rush him back too soon. There is no reason you should be out for a year with a hamstring injury. 3 months at most and that’s including an operation.
I just love that sentiment even in jest. I'm fed up with the negativity especially from myself, let's get behind them tomorrow and as fans stick together. New day, new dawn. UtbIf we're 3-0 up against Man Utd then players like Fleck/Osborn are good to bring off the bench to sure up the midfield.
Least were down to single figures now with Baldock and Osborn returning.
Timescales on the injured 9 would be good.
Osula too surely.Lowe must be close to returning.
Pint of that please! If we're 3-0 up against Man Utd then players like Fleck/Osborn are good to bring off the bench to sure up the midfield.
