Not disagreeing with you but it appears you werent fully aware of the Jodan Slew/ Mark Rankine saga in 2011 and then when Wendy refused to let George Hirst play then I asked the ex-Academy coach at my work for an explanation. His son played for Wendy Academy during that time.

He should be starting as one of the 3 in behind the striker. Would also mean we’d only have one of fleck or Norwood on the pitch at any one time which would be an added bonus

if that is genuinely the case - it’s strange that we haven’t tied him up yet.

you can’t claims he’s better than a 12m+ player and then complain he wants decent money and not play him.

Obviously he’s got to earn it, but it’s strange he’s not had more chances to show what he can do…. Sounds like something that could be resolved.

Don't forget before Jokanovic "walks" he'll have to think long & haaaaaaard whether he'll qualify for a UK work permit ever again. He left Fulham as long ago as 14 November 2018.

If he’s not interested in signing a new contract for us & he’s as good as people seem to claim he is then we’ve just got to see him as a loan signing for the rest season who will go elsewhere next season.

We can’t just not use him, we’re in no position to be picky about who plays if they could improve us.
