Blackwell said that it takes netween 18 and 24 months to get over the sort of injury he had, so he has a way to go yet.

He hasnt looked anywhere near the player that got injured, however I'm not convinced that he is that good a striker.

Never been convinced since arriving, and still not convinced now.

Yes he scored for us in the premiership, and no doubt he would have probably scored some more if he hadnt got injured, but lets face it someone had to score and there wasnt that many other candidates.

I wouldnt be upset if he he moved on in the summer

Oh aye, i mean he scored 3 in 3, but now he is on some sort of draught, although he does more by creating goals instead of scoring them.

Interesting, i thought he was a class act last season and i'm still convinced that with a full pre-season behind him he will find his form again.

If it were a straight up choice between Hulse and Beatie then i would prefer we keep the latter but i cannot see us having such a choice and so i would be happy with Hulse, Stead, Sharp and Webber next season.

For me those four provide us with every type of forward in the game; a target man, a link player, a predator and a speedster.
