Totally agree Alco. It was , and still is, as stupid a decision as selling Beattie half way through the season. That cost us dearly and so did selling Blackman. Those that advocate it as " good business" totally mystify me they really do. Its not quantum physics. If you sell the player the goals go as well and they have to be replaced. If not, we don't score goals, as we've found out yet again to our detriment. It really is as easy as that. You only have to look at performances after both sales. With Blackman, who was good up front and out wide, we looked balanced had pace and looked like scoring. Without him , frankly, we've been shit. Beatties record speaks for itself.
