There never has been any competition there. It's been a 2 team league since it's inception
The Cypriot league sides have fared better in the cl since it changed from the European cup
I think Scotland is hard to place above being on a par with Luxemborg or Malta as a league these days.
Their national teams world standing is a guide to how shite anything below the top 2 are
