Thing is, it may not be possible to sign Souttar (as much as I'd like to), but Maguire on a permanent? No brainer.
But when all the variables are weighed up, it's what's affordable that matters, so I guess loans are the way forward
until we're in a position to actually sign someone.

Walker is more likely but only for sentimental reasons - he too could get far more money elsewhere.
