Marlon Harewood has been identified as the striker who can score the goals to propel Wigan away from Premiership trouble.

Latics boss Paul Jewell will today step up his search for more firepower after yesterday's 2-0 defeat at home to Everton pushed the Latics nearer a return to the Championship.
