You can never tell with Nixon as my 4 year old constructs better sentences.

Would be an underwhelming replacement and has been rumoured for a little while so one would hope we see him as an addition to the squad rather than a Gus replacement.
 

£13m is to test the water and sounds like they have been told to fuck off and come back with a proper bid.
As a side note who's running Leeds these days? Cos they need another brain cell to pal up with the other one.....they could have had him last week for the release amount (if he wants to go) but now its surely £10m more minimum.

I'd like to think they've been told fuck off full stop, I don't want us inviting bids for Hamer from anyone for any amount. Quite frankly I hope wilder personally said asked them who the fuck they think they are. £13m? Tell them they can have Grbic for that.

Doubt that very much. Leeds do not have as much money to spend as you think. They have to balance their books very carefully still despite the sales this summer.

I think Hamer will still be with us at the end of August.

I have no idea how much money they have, but I hope you're right.
The point is simply this, they've always managed to prize away our best players and they're at it again it seems.
Horrible bastard club, personified by Revie all those years ago.

Hamer, apparently well settled here but money talks.

I really want Johnston. I think he'll be a great addition. Has something to prove.

But don't want as a Hamer replacement.

Also - Farke may be behind this too as he and Wilder certainly do not get on at all! As I said earlier - the build up to our game at Elland Road in October will be really spicy!
 
It would be mental to sell to a promotion rival.
Plus If Leeds were mega interested they’d have been in before his relegation clause expired. Probably the black arts Wilder referred to last week.

In his presser last week Wilder was talking about how well he & Farke get on.

I think this is more about Leeds trying to pacify their fans by being linked with multiple players.

£13 mill is a laughable offer in today's market if true.

I get the attitude of if you don't ask you don't get but come on. Reminds me of some of the bids we used to put in years ago.

Sorry I missed that. I always thought he had a bit of needle between them from back in the Norwich days. Anyway……I think you are right, Leeds definitely playing games with us or their fans.
 
Apparently (and take this with a massive pinch of salt), according to my mate (Leeds fan), an ITK of theirs has said his agent has asked Leeds to bid.

He has the same agent as Gnonto, and is apparently to get prem teams to start bidding for him

May or may not have any truth - but Agents in all sports are a cancer that damages clubs. Only in it to line their own pockets!

Why would agent tell Leeds to bid after his release clause expired... does he have the worst agent in the world???
