sorry to duplicate threads but im trying to be specific.

i dont mind if its busy, i dont mind if its a bit pricey and i dont mind which of the above.

all i want is a beer garden and lots of Blades. which one of these 2 is the best do you think? iv never been to either.

Going to the torch on coach via woodseats whats the protocol re:alcohol on coaches is it a no no ,usually go on train so normally no problems apologies for hijacking

Won't the pubs next to the stadium be TOO busy? I can imagine it taking half an hour to get served every time you go to the bar.

I was thinking of having a pint near the tube on arrival in the big smoke. Given that there is a good number of us heading for various tube stations in and around wembley there should be a good chance of teaming up somewhere.

Has anybody looked into pubs near Stanmore, Cannon Park, Harrow, Ickenham etc.....?

Personally I like the Torch, in '97 we simply bought trays of beer from the offies and stood outside, as did most other Blades, heard they only took £500 at the bar that day. In '09 they had a barrier and bouncers to stop you taking your own in, was busy but not too much so.

Like the walk down to the Stadium after, and want to do that this time as it is my daughters first time.
