That was an embarrassment. Please don't do it again.

Was also saddened at the loud groaning at every misplaced pass, last season I could understand it but don't really see the need for it at the moment!

Other than that great evening though

That's what the matchday experience is all about now though, kids and phones...

It is good to see a decent number of younger fans at our games, I think the club has done well encouraging and retaining them. Suppose idiotic moments like that are a small price to pay but its just so unnecessary and annoying in my book

Was it dark!?, health and safety regulations are very strict these days and I'd like to salute the young uns for showing initiative in a difficult situation!
Well done ya twats!

not bothered about phone torches, fans getting at players was rubbish though. Crowd could have been better tonight given how well the team has performed for the fist 70 minutes.

Weird atmosphere really, given we won pretty comfortably to go 13 points clear of 3rd with 7 to play

Why was this done? Solidarity for the London attacks? Well done. You made a difference.

The groans began sarcastically after the 'ole's'. Don't fret too much.

I have seen kids playing on iPads and smart phones during a match. It makes me wonder why some people bother bringing their kids to a match.

Last Sunday, I went in the Shiny Sheff which has just had a bit of a re-furb. It's now 'child friendly' with a play area, swings etc. outside. So far, so bad. But inside they've got screens on the wall next to some tables which are computers. Kids can sit there with their permanently-blank faces looking at Facefuck and using Twatter. It's all a surrogate baby-sitter for parents who don't give a fuck. The art of conversation is dying out. We're all doomed.

Good. Conversation with some people can be mind-numbing as they come.

As an aside, people shouldn't take kids to pubs. I understand why they do, but they shouldn't.

Dogs usually behave better than kids. In my experience anyway.

I remember a few years ago in my local there was a kid - Jack. His parents dropped him at school at lunchtime (he did half days then), sat in the pub until 3 then fetched him in until 5/6pm. He ran riot on the pub. Playing on the fruity? He'd run up pressing buttons. Quiz machine? Turn plug off.

Right little shit.

We'd all had enough of him.

One of the lads told his mother to fuck off and take him n all. She didn't.

So as Jack was racing round the pub, he tripped over my mates outstretched foot.

Jack and his council mum and dad were barred.

But I digress. I saw a phone in strobe mode last night. My mate is epileptic. NOT COOL MAN. NOT COOL.

I assume this was the kop waving phones as being on there I didn't notice anything....

As for atmosphere, it was odd. Pre match I appreciate many may have thought this be a tricky fixture, niggly opposition with some typical edgy Millwall support. 5 mins in tho and any silly nerves should have left. The entire first half was a stroll and it should have been a party atmosphere.

It should have been an absolute hammering. The last 15 to 20 mins were a bit bewildering and a shame our shape and total dominance went. That said, no Blade should have been nervous and shouldn't be for last few games.

Really looking fwd to Bradford game. I actually want to see a team force us to stay in the high gears all game and it not feel like a training game. Their lot will also make a right noise.

I sat on the Kop and it happened around the 82nd minute mark, on the John Street and on the South Stand, you must've already gone to not recognise it.

It's plain and utter daft when there will be people in the ground suffering from epilepsy to shine and wave around their phones when useductive as a torch. No matter how old they are they need to recognise this.

Less than 3% of epilepsy sufferers are affected by flashing lights, boring fact but I deal with it in my job,
As for the kids its just a bit of fun for them no big deal. Utb

My niece must be very unlucky then!
