October 1978, I was unable to attend our home League Cup game against Leeds because I was in my 6th year at boarding school. We lost 4-1 and TC scored twice. A few days later I was back home for the October holidays, I asked my dad if our fans give TC a warm welcome. He said we did before the kick off but it changed after he had scored and the fans gave him stick. I was disappointed
