Adidas are back!

Would like that to have said we have entered into a bespoke agreement with adidas such as Leeds have where a joint unique design approach is applied.. however we aren’t in their advantageous position. Let’s hope we pick out a decent template from what’s on offer.

Isn't there only one template? I've never seen an Adidas kit that actually looks interesting, except in the case of a bespoke agreement.

Overall we got more hits than misses from Adidas imo, but my main brand association with them is the barren League One years and that abomination of a pinstriped home kit.
That pinstriped home kit was miles better than the H shirt the year before, even though it was spoiled by the tinpot John Holland sponsor.

The pinstripe shirt was nice and gets a lot of undeserved hate, partly because of the dreadful season it was associated with.

It was a one off design for our 125 year anniversary to commemorate our first ever kit, but people go off like adidas went rogue and put us in a Wednesday kit

I think it would have been a great away/third, just not a first choice.

It was a cracking shirt and would have been a superb away kit. It should never have been the home kit though

Would have been perfectly adequate as an away kit. But it was worse than anything Errea came up with.

Worst thing about the white 125 kit is there was a series of kids books produced that year called "When I Grow Up I'm Going To Play For [Team X]" and that was the colourscheme that got used for the Sheffield United version. Reading it to my lad a few years later and he's like "why isn't the kit right dad"

Given how everything turned out, if that shirt had been released a season later I think our fans would be loving it.

Worst thing about the white 125 kit was that it was released in our 126th year.

Though arguably that in itself could have been to commemorate the kit release delays of past seasons.

The 125 year shirt would have been fine in our 125th year and without a sponsor. Now, it's indelibly linked with the Adkins shitshow and our worst league finish in a generation.

It did need navy blue shorts with it though but too many of our fans would have blown a gasket about that.

Randomly noticed Stoke’s kit last night. Please can someone tell Adidas that if they produce this sort of abomination then we’re going full Epic Fury on them.

Although I don't tend to buy kit as in replica shirts, the training wear like hoodies and stuff like that are usually good and you know what you are getting size wise etc. Nothing worse than when you have an obscure manufacture knowing if you are a L or XL or M
I had one of the Errea training tops. The material was ok but the printed on badge was cracked to fuck after 3 washes. In terms of shirts, not bought one for ages. If the keepers one is decent I might have a look
