New rules state the FA won't give permission for loan players to play against their parent club.

Loan players are not allowed to play against their parent club in the FA Cup, as it is explicitly stated in the Rules of the FA Cup that they are unable to play against their ‘Lending Club’.

The new rules of the FA Cup now prevent any loan player to play against his parent club.

Man City can give permission if they want. Think about it though if they don't let them play does that mean they are scared of losing or just downright shits. Either way I think to some quarter it will look bad on Man City if they don't let them play.

Oh well, it was going to happen in the semi or final. Shame but odds are we wouldn’t have got any further whoever we drew in the semi.

On a side note I watched City tear apart Burnley and you’d have thought I wouldn’t be too disappointed to see that. But I couldn’t help feeling how much the riches City have, and one or two others, is killing football. They had a billion pound team out, think about that. It’s just crazy.
