Pink Sambuca drinking World Champion.
The stewarding at the Lane is something that has me puzzled.
They insist on no standing, and considering the stadium is all-seater, they have a point, albeit a small one. However does anybody notice the away section can stand up all match long and the stewards do fuck all about it? Newcastle, Man Utd, Wendy, and many others.
Smoking. Now football grounds country wide are non-smoking, and I heard of a lad stood outside the toilet on the Kop being given an £80 on-the-spot fine for lighting up, do the stewards do nothing about the bloke two rows in front of me who managed to smoke more embassies than the SAS last Saturday? If the new lady steward sat at the bottom of gangway F did her job instead of watching the game then she might have seen him, after all he sits in an aisle seat and is marked by big plume of smoke every ten minutes. I smoke but don't inside the ground, so why can't people abide by the ban without getting arsey or just ignoring it?
Beer. Why is it that the law says you can't watch a match and drink, but the stewards on the Kop don't care? More concerned with chatting and standing in the bloody way.
