Took it my parents house to see if my Dad would like one and he's having a look and he loves it. He's disappeared upstairs to his cubbyhole and just keeps coming back down to show me things (even though I've read it and told him that when I brought it).

That's another one sold, he'll be wanting his own, and I'll want him to get his own because he always puts a big bloody crease down the front cover haha..

Mine arrived today. Marvellous stuff so far, tempted to write an article on bygone away trips, including a trip to Scunthorpe where the BBC were taken out by a small, rotund female. In days when equal opportunities was a pipe dream, it was there on the terraces toe to toe.

Cracking read Steve. Really enjoyed it. Dean Hammond’s diary made me chuckle a lot but enjoyed it all. I like the way you’ve mixed informative, weird (World War Warnock???) with funny. More power to your elbow mate
