I think I was a manager i'd want a decent idea I what a players baseline fitness was. So not for the "SEND HIM BACK" purpose but just to understand how ready they are to play, If they have any niggles etc...

After several false starts on this I ain't believing a word until I see it officially announced that he has signed but thought I would flag it up in case anyone is remotely interested.

Not sure how it works mate to be honest. Personally I am far from convinced that he will ever sign for us but will be keeping an eye on twitter tomorrow, just in case.
