Is there a reason some people keep thinking we are playing a back 3 I haven't seen us play a true back three all season

I don't think it's a proper back 3, but with how attack minded McCallum and Burrows are, its a back 4 that switches to a back 3 whenever McCallum/Burrows get forward as Tanganga, McGuinness and Mee usually hang back.

True, but a lot of his games were in the PL where a disastrous end to his Everton job made his record look a lot worse.

His record in the championship with Derby (playoff final loss) and Coventry (playoff semi final loss) over 2 seasons is actually pretty good.

Wow….was just thinking we never score from a corner.

And as it was coming over…. I was thinking “what a poor corner from Peck”.

No height and not much pace, pretty easy to head away but Ben Mee ran forward to get his head to the ball first to flick it on and it went straight to McCallum for an easy finish from close range.

Noticed Cannon looks average and has actually run around a bit and touched the ball. Very promising. Keep this up and it’ll be his best performance of the season.

Fairly even game so far. It’s helped us that Coventry have been open and attacking.
