My thoughts exactly, especially when the opposition leave 3 deffenders back.

The chance to counter presented itself on at least 2 occassions but we had nobody forward.

Yes, I thought this was going to be a thread about our corners! Gillespie hardly ever seemed to beat the first defender, and the odd time it did the ball was usually far too near the keeper.

Awful corners from us, and having 11 men back for theirs..... atrocity if you ask me.

I remember we got one to the far post in the 2nd half and either Lucky or Beattie won the header and it caused problems. Seems simple to me...hit the big men!

Yes we do need at least one out for a corner. Preferably Sharp because he has a bit of pace.

Our corners were poor yesterday, would have preferred Hendrie to be taking them tbh.

Plenty of time to work on it though, I'm staying positive.

United have always been crap at corners(well the majority of time) since i have been going. I can remember when we used to mess about with the short corner thing!!!

Whenever I think of United and corners, West Bloody Sham springs to mind. We had 28, was it? Lost 2-0.

I do agree that we should have at least one man up. Defending corners, or attacking .........

I think we should have inswinging corners from both sides, with strench/naysmith taking the others. Causes a lot of trouble and thought for keepers.
