If we just let it run its course without destroying the dream, we have a flower trying to bloom and some of our fans want to put a burning tyre on it

Anybody got a match?

The re has been cart loads of fuck ups in our past weve had more than our fair share of catastrophes , I was at the Altrincham replay
I remember in div 4 losing at Stockport, I even had my brother die in front of me at Burnley and no one can match that for being a miserable outcome, but we mustnt dwell on the shit days

We arent the worst team in history far from it, we have never really won owt big , but weve had good days

And there just might be one coming up

Where are you going to watch the play offs sports bar?
Why not get a flight booked now for final if you're that confident.
Half a dozen decent games this season not good enough.
But we're still in it and I we will do it I think we perform when the pressure is really on.
Can't stand the manager but hey ho

whats to fear mk dons at home was daylight robbery , they parked the bus and mugged us with a late goal , they got away with it , but wont do every time , If they come in the 1st leg and park the bus we just need to get 1 then plug away while they hurriedly try and change tactics
So they played shite and still beat us?

UTB

This might be partly an age thing, but I've decided not to worry about who we play. I wasn't even going to go on Sunday, but now I am, nor on Thursday, but now I am.

I'm going to accept whatever happens and remember it's only two (or possibly three) games of football and in the grand scheme of things, such as a Nepalese earthquake, unimportant.

No punchline, I mean it :)
Welcome to my world Trig

Incidentally, if we win on Sun, Chesterfield will be in the play offs with only 68 points. Has anyone ever got in the play offs with a lower total?

One for Revolution :)

The lowest points for someone making the playoffs in the third tier is 69, by Bolton in 1990.

For information:

Form over the last ten games:

MKD 26 points
Chesterfield 20 points
Preston 20 points
Blades 16 points
Swindon 14 points

We all know it stands for nothing come next week but what can help is having a settled side, players in form and a pattern of playing. Even then absolutely anything can happen in a game of football, maybe even in three games of football.
