smoke and mirrors re Ramsdale ‘our big signing’... what’s more telling is his word on CR, definitely seems to be moving on, GLTTL

"We can't stand still in every department"

Suggests he has more signings lined up regardless of what the fee maybe.

The best thing is, we are quite likely to bring a couple of players in for around the £10m mark based on what is out in the press, this will now be seen as a lack of ambition!

I don't know what people expect him to say. He's served a long apprenticeship down in the lower leagues having to wheel and deal and, on balance, is well up in terms of good signings v shit ones.

I'm sure he has around £20m down the back of the settee, so this coupled with 1 or 2 players leaving should be enough to make us stronger than we were last season. All in all I'm confident that we will be at least mid table next season.

'sake. That literally hadn't been reported anywhere until 1.13pm!

(Mind you, I still think there's going to be a link...)

I reckon Forest would sell him to us, but at the end of the day it will boil down to personal terms with Cash (woooh see what i did there ;)) If Fulham really are in the hunt then we've got no chance...... he'll be on £50k a week there which would blow us out of the water. So come on Chris, work your magic son!

Why on earth would a link be reported if the Cash deal hasn't been wrapped up yet?
Then again no loan fee has been mentioned so I guess we're also paying his wages and giving him away for a season for nowt.
