When's he due on?

When he's ready. It doesn't appear to be his main priority so they'll have to wait. It's CW, not some media tart. He doesn't fanny about.

Well that's 90 minutes of my life that I'll never get back.
True, instead of listening to ex-pros discussing football you could have been on here reading amateurs discussing football.

You should try 'The two Mikes', Parry and Graham. They are awful. Don't even talk about football a lot of the time. I have to turn them off a lot of the time.
Don't mind Jim White show and Hawksbee and Jacobs but the rest is pretty much dross most of the time.

The two Mikes are much better than Hawksbee and Jacobs. Its Hawskbee and Jacobs who talk anything but sport and think they're funny when they're not?

At this moment in time, I wouldn't be doing either if I wasn't hooked on Wilder's every word.

Places to go, computers to fix.

I've thrown the towel in. Hopefully someone with greater willpower than myself will do a summary on here.

Back to good old 6music...ahh, that's better.

Are you asking me or telling me?

To be honest ex-pros/current pros/pundits all live in a bubble that seems to exclude them from talking anything but relentless bollocks these days.
How many clichés can you listen to without thinking "get someone with a bit of intelligence on the job". Sadly intelligence has never been a factor in becoming a footballer and that shows in spades.

Anyway, who's going to keep listening and fill us in on what he says.
I expect full bullet pointing and actual quotes plus red writing telling us what he actually meant against what he really said. Let's get back to old school.

Can't stand the two mikes. They just slag each other off and call each other fat for the duration of their 'show'. Colin Murray had a decent show though, shame he left.

I've always listened to Talksport while I'm driving and enjoyed it.

Listening at home for the last hour and I'm almost brain dead! It's obviously only OK as long as you're doing something else at the same time.

Come on Tufty - leave it to Knilly for a few minutes.

UTB

I must be on my own here. I used to listen regularly to Talksport until Colin Murray joined! Was so pleased when he left along with his mates who laughed at his crap jokes!

Here we go.......

Oh and Jim just called us a 'sleeping giant'

Parry and Graham is just one bloke saying something and the other says "no its not" for 3 hours

Hawksbee and Jacobs are funny, I suspect because they don't take themselves too seriously

If you think the two mikes were funny and colin Murray's show was shit you should Defo try top gear

Murray's show was crap in my view but each to his own mate. Mike Parry's been there since the start of Talksport and I've always liked him but there you go.

So was I, very rarely listen to talk sport, but couldn't stand Colin Murray, when he was on the BBC, and when he joined talksport, I thought he had reached his level.....

We'll have to agree to disagree on Hawksbee and Jacobs mate, they come across as decent blokes but I've never found their light hearted approach particularly funny or interesting. Each to his own though. I don't listen to Talksport much though now, just too many adverts and they naturally just talk about the top six, although that's not always the case like the 5 minutes or so we've just got.

Me too,Booker, stopped listening altogether when Murray joined....

Just listened to this talsport interview, he sounds such a likeable level headed bloke. Interesting how he mentioned getting the team to "runabout" and "runaround" as a pre requisite for winning, I presume he means pressing and challenging the opposition at the right times. Also the bit about "trying to bring a couple more in".

I thought it was very telling his heart is with sufc the way at full time against southend in front of our fans he kept thumping the sufc badge on his coat like someone who really means it, which he does of course.
