Billy????
The Justice for Ched twitter feed is full of talk of making him a blade again, bringing him "home" etc. Isn't this a page run by his friends and family? Just seen Harry Chapman applauding the decision on Twitter as well. Could this be a goer?
Donald Trump is the new Ched, sign Trump in January, Ched for president.
How would Batman deal with The Welshman?
Don't care if anyone trusts me or not, it's in the Rumour section, it's what I've been told, things may change but we all know that....
Well apart from the transfer window being closed, us being potless and Chesterfield about as likely to sell us one of their best players as Donald Trump eloping with Jean Hatchet it might be a goer.
Sounds like you are calling me a twat....There are rumours in the rumour section and rumours that should qualify the rumour monger for the twats section.
Please understand that I am not calling you a twat but really.
That story is utter bollocks. "Loss of earnings" claim when it's widely known we continued paying him between conviction and the end of his contract? There's no basis and that's before you consider that we did nothing wrong in any legal sense.According to the Mail today he could be suing us for £500k. If true that would go down well with the supporters.
Move on don't need him now.
Chesterfield are publicly hoping to clear their debts (£5m+) by selling Evans.I’d say we could do with one more striking option. Either recall McNulty in Jan or bring one more in to make sure we’ve got depth up front for the run in. For me, Evans would be a better option than McNulty and could be the difference.

Though that seems stupidly fanciful, they won't be accepting our £500,000 bid.

My understanding is that there's a Government scheme for wrongly convicted people to claim for loss of earnings so thats where the claim would be!That story is utter bollocks. If that is the case then the claim would be against the state, not against a former employer.
Exactly! If that is the case then the claim would be against the state, not against a former employer.
But he must need to recoup some of the £5m Natasha's dad forked out for his defense? And it should fail anyway, given that is only for obvious miscarriages of justice, which this case certainly wasn't.

It's all nonsense of course, but should Evans consider a claim against us surely a counter claim would be our response for the loss of income that promotion would have brought, and how Mr Evans wilful negligence caused Utd to remain in this division. Evans has a lot to answer for, and not just in the court of legal justice.
There is no basis for him to sue SUFC. He has no right of action against the club. He may have a right to claim from the public purse but it is very unlikely he would succeed on this. Mail talking bollocks as usual.According to the Mail today he could be suing us for £500k. If true that would go down well with the supporters.
