is it really only 3 seasons since we came up with a team of div 3 players and finished 9th
Im beginning to think whereas owls fans only remember the good times so only speak of 91 to 96

whereas we blades only recall failure let down or not quite winning something

we , just to remind people came up in 2019 with 99 per cent of football saying wed beat derbys low points total-but with stars like freeman and mousset and ipswich reject mcgoldrick took the prem by storm ,,, despite having the same people prophecising now what they did then

bring it on lets show everyone what we did then, no reason why not
we have 30000 squad members back this time

I joined the dots and it formed a large, jizzing cock and balls. What does it tell us? I'm no good at tarot or owt.
First signing is imminent it's a big one and we're going to be spunking money.

You just throwing that out there? Or do you know something?
Needs me a signing

Latest rumour is Putin has paid Prigozhin enough dosh to come and buy us
If Putin is looking to clean up his rep and become a capitalist businessman (ala Abrahamovic) he's backing the wrong horse.
5 years and 2 clubs after the event there was still an innocent man being referred to as the 'former Sheff United player previously convicted of rape'.
Why it's almost as if some people in the mainstream media had it in for us.

As my friend Chansiri says - 'managers come and go in football, it's normal' 😂.

Wilder didn't accept the Reading job, maybe he's coming back with Billy duo.

Let’s just put together the most negative outcome possible.

If we run with that then anything off that tangent will be a bonus.

Ndiaye sold to Everton for 15m
Berge sold to anyone that will have him for 10m
Hecky resigns and is replaced by McCall
We fail to spend any money on recruits and in the last knocking of the window end up with a bunch of foreign nobodies on loan.
We do manage to re-sign Ben Osborn.
We finish with a record points low and crowd trouble sees parts of the ground shut.
Wednesday exceed Chansiri’s play off ambitions and come up automatically.

Anyone better than that and we should be thankful 😉
Clapper.

Seems just such an odd and bait-y post this. If you've got a hypothesis as to what you think is happening BalticBlade then you might as well share it - isn't like any of your other ITK stuff where you were "sworn to secrecy"
I think (from drawing the dots) nowt's happening and we're just waiting for a bit of news at some point

He has shared it....he thinks we will have a new manager by the start of the season.....based on nothing but his own thoughts....

but supported by we haven't got any money to spend and we haven't signed anybody yet.
I don't agree of course the only manager earning less than Hecky in the prem will be Edwards of Luton and United definitely do not have money to throw around so he isn't going to be replaced unless we get a new owner who wants his own man and I'm gonna say not this season. Would Hecky walk? In my eyes he has way too much integrity, he was in an even more precarious situation last time he took control of us in the Prem and battled through, then he was replaced and still stayed at United.

edit: I think it's an interesting hypothesis but unlikely. It's the down season and nowts happening we want to talk about something.

Some short memory's in here. Have we all forgotten that when Hecky was given the job permanently there were noisy accusations being thrown around of him being a yes man to the Prince. That his job was safe, for at least 5 years, and that people were quick to accuse the club of settling for mediocrity. Critical of an overt plan to steady a rocking boat by installing an 'uninspiring' man at helm.

PH took that deal, has grown into the role and made the task look easy, particularly given the behind the scenes turmoil. He's seems to be a man of integrity and humility but with a quiet, deserved, confidence. If there's a job to do at United, he'll not shy away from it.

I get the impression it's just a bit of attention seeking, just like the other posts.

All the bits are starting to fall into place.

Can't see how having a club relatively solvent but heading directly to the Championship makes us a more attractive buy.
As it stands, we're going to need significant investment to have any chance at coming back up.

Which is why I don't get anyones optimism.

We actually look in far worse nick now than we did before the start of last season. It's wild.
