Yeah trying to get a manager to walk to get a new guy in doesn't seem like a great plan. Would be like trying to sell your house by burning it down and putting the charred remains on rightmove.

If he isn’t, it won’t d because of PA’s master plan. It will be because of poor form/results/league position, or because you believe we have new owners by year end who wish to bring in their own man
 
No way PA would sack Hecky or that he would be so spineless as to walk. It’s not anyone’s fault Ndiaye has chosen to leave, PH knew what he was taking on when he replaced Jokanovic and he’s here for the long haul.

Whether he would have the same backing from any new owners is anyone’s guess, but in that event, I doubt CW would be in the running with his recent CV 🤔

But, publicly Heck has been the very model of restrain and discretion on all of these things and more. As others have said, a company man to the core. Why would Bog Roll feel the need to force him out, and replace him with, potentially at least, a less publicly pliant voice—especially when he’s trying to sell the club?

See also the length of contract that Hecky (and the others?) was given—til about 2050 or something. He and the others may be cheap, relatively, but it would cost a fair whack to pay their contracts up?

A strategy to force Hecky out? Doesn’t add up, for me, given the owner’s apparent desperation to sell the club while spending bugger all.

My god he deserves a bloody medal not the sack or being PUSHED out .What he has had to deal with and the job he has done is despite the shit from the board room fabulous. Now he is been asked to build a prem league outfit with 3 and 4 million pound signings without his main asset . Hope the fans dont turn on the guy when things go tits up and realize where the problem is . I could forgive the board if they are trying to put the clubs finances in order rather than spend on players no matter how painful that might be at least we would be able to see where the money has gone but i doubt it somehow .

Edit: it's so easy to say Hecky is being forced out at this point, regardless of Ndiaye going, he was probably favourite for first sacking anyway. Lazy from you BalticBlade. Don't get what you gain from stirring the pot.
 
Prince obviously thought we'd get relegated even with Ndiyae and Berge so he's taking 35 million for the pair now rather than 0 next season. Logical but absolutely shite for us fans.
 
Hecky has a 5 year deal in his pocket I don't feel sorry for him it is a business.
It is the fans who are the ones that are left to have to suffer ! Managers and owners come and go .They just move onto somewhere else with their money with a bigger bank account. The lifelong fans are left with the disappointment and crap .
