Brian Howard - confirmed... definitely!

Michael Mifsud and Brian Howard have both been rumoured linking themselves to moves to the Lane...

Maltese international Mifsud was a big asset to Coventry City's campaign last season. His two goals in last seasons Carling Cup tie at Old Trafford knocked Manchester United out in a massive shock in the 3rd round.

His contract expires in June and clubs can talk to him from the 1st of January states Coventry Mad.

Meanwhile a lot of speculation has been mounting on Brian Howard. Many Unitedites saw Howard on Wednesday night at the match against Port Vale. Whether he came to watch a bit of footy or whether he felt like a sit down in the ground he will soon be playing on in a red and white shirt. That will soon be revealed.


I read this on another blades forum. I saw Robert Page at the port vale match on wednesday, does it mean we are signing him as well

Yep, was in the hospitality box... people asked him why.... said he'd been dropped. Then some started chanting "Howard is a wanker".

Wasn't confirmed, but was hardly denied by either manager on Radio Sheffield a few mins ago.

Sounds fairly likely this time around.
