It's interesting that neither Spackman or Blackwell had any success in management after us, despite both seeming to do a decent job at the time (ignoring the fact that Blackwell was universally hated and the football was awful)

Spackman had a great team to bail him out, from what I heard he wasn’t well liked, might be wrong. Didn’t have a great team at Barnsley and Millwall and ultimately got found out.
