I know its early days ,but what has he brought to the team 🤔.I know he's had little service but holding the the ball etc no

I am always patient & hopefully but I can't think of a worse first 3 games by a signing ever. Absolute zero contribution 🤨🤨

Agree...however it’s not the right environment to judge.
We’ve just played 3 of the best teams in Europe....all with a realistic chance of winning the Champions League.
Wait until the “normal“ matches arrive.....when we’ll have decent spells of attacking players...then judge.

Brewster Is obviously talented and should be an excellent player in 2 or 3 years
but I’ve said from the beginning don’t expect him to impress this season...he’s no where near the finished article.

It'll be fairer to judge him once he's actually touched the ball...

I almost feel for him coning in for these games. I'm trying to reserve judgement until after the next 3 or 4 3 by then he will hopefully have had a lot more of the ball to do something with

He needs to start games, get match fit and given a chance
We really have no idea at this point if he is any good or not
Starting with Sharp is a complete waste of time, he offers nothing, just tries to get his body in front of a defender, wait for a touch then fall over, hoping for a free kick

Left on the bench, the sum total of his contribution to matches so far has been one good pass when he does more than this he may be a starter.

Hello, everyone's favorite poster here

Klopp must have pissing himself. Like Boycey flogging the Prat Mobile to Del.

Breaking your transfer record for a striker who then gets given little game time in a team that can't score is always going to raise eyebrows.

It doesn't matter why he isn't getting picked if he's fit to play, questions will be fairly asked.

If he's not doing enough in training to justify starting then the question is why did we spend so much to get him.

Whether it's PL money or not the owner has backed the manager as much as ever before.

I remember the innocent days when we all thought that signing Brewster would solve our problems. It's a shame that he can't even play in his allotted position effectively, never mind help out the shit defenders and midfielders we've got as well.

Play the ball through to him like he has been taught, trained to play by some of the worlds best coaches instead of big hoofs, or Mcbernies flick ons from rammers goal kicks and he might do something. I am sure he is in the England squad cos he’s shit and I am sure klopp insisted on a buy back clause cos he’s shit. We don’t provide any form of balls through for his style, we defend the draw from the word go. Even Aguero wouldn’t score for us at the moment with the tactics we’re using.
The kid needs a midfielder behind him that can create instead of hoping to get on flickons from McBernie. 5 defenders and a defensive midfielder yesterday shows you exactly what our intent was.....

Breaking my own rule, but... Jack Wilshere?

He should never have been bought,we needed a proven goalscorer ,not someone for the future. All the bullshit about coming good in the future. Tell me would a Championship side pay £23 ,000,000 for a player?
Whole thing makes no sense
Wilder and the whole Management team are not able to assess football talent which is the biggest problem

The solution is to find a striker that is really good at playing in a hoofball system and we will start winning, if only John Stead or Rob Hulse were still about......
there’s not too many long ball strikers to choose from because most clubs realise playing hoof doesn’t work, if it did don’t you think the best teams in the world would play that style. We had the perfect striker for that style of play in Gary Madine but didn’t play hoofball then, find a young Madine, hulse or stead and we will get goals..

Early days with Brewster yet, obviously, but the lad doesn't exactly look like he's busting a gut. We started off trying to press but he has little interest in doing it apart from making a token effort. You would think a young lad like that would be haring around trying to make a name for himself but he looks about 20 years older and trying to conserve his energy from the 1st minute. Cheer up Rhian, you're getting paid more per week than most of us get in a year.
