Woodward ??Encouragingly, sounds like Norwood can take a corner. Something we have missed since 1834

Much much better. They hardly troubled us at all in the second half.
Just didn't put the chances away.
It'll be interesting to read Roy's view from, if there's any that don't say we battered them they're on crack.
Oh well. Concentrate on the league now.
Lol, not sure about that. They should have had the pen, hit the crossbar and had that scramble in 6 yard box
Enjoyed that. Thought it'd be a bit shithouse bit it was very open.
Unfortunately we can't shoot into the net.
I hope you’re right?. Not too bothered about the result tonight but the 2 worrying things for me areI’m sure he’ll be absolutely fine.
Norwood was great but his partner woeful. Probably Evans fault mind.Played well 2nd half but abysmal first half. Lack of quality is painful to watch at times.
What's it got to do wi' his Mum?Typical he gets mom and then misses the 1st pen , hope it doesn't knock his confidence as he played well tonight by al accounts !
.
2 I know we’re only 4 games into the new season but in each of those games we’ve had a terrible 1st half in 3 of them and ended up chasing the game!!.
I don’t know what the answer is but we need to start games better?.
Positive note to end: the new signings look good!!. UTB

Woodward ??
Agree with most of that, apart from the Woodburn bit. Thought the lad showed glimpses of what's to come. He seemed a little nervous and a bit over keen to impress, but once he learns to play it simple I reckon he'll grow in confidence and be a real player for us.Norwood was fucking brilliant all night and hit it off with Fleck as soon as he came on. If he plays like that, him, Fleck and Coutts look perfect for each other.
Can't judge on one game but Woodburn didn't look like owt, Egan could've had a hattrick from corners, we battered 'em and should've scored 8 but they missed sitters n'all.
Good fun, don't give a shite that we're out, and seen Jack O'Connell and Bash take pens, can't fault it
Surely second wankest behind that one where Prem teams play their U23s.Can't even remember it's name.We are out of the wankest cup competition in the world and deserved to win. Job done.
Did you think that in 2015 when we played Spurs in the semi finals. I want to see is in a cup final one day, sadly that's one down for this season. We are out of the wankest cup competition in the world and deserved to win. Job done.
Woodburn has much improvement to do if he is gonna cut it at Liverpool.
We have seen a fair bit of him now. Unimpressed. First touch not great. A real tell tale sign of good teckers.
Norwood neat and tidy. Most likely an upgrade on Evans. Which I guess was the whole idea !
Clarke. Improved 2nd half. That’s all that can be said I’m afraid !
Good overall team performance and should have really been out of sight b4 pens kicked in.
Not at all fussed about exiting this competition. I would assume Wilder, in the cold light of day, will probably feel the same.
UTB
Yes.We have seen a fair bit of Woodburn? Really?? Did you go tonight? Did you see some of his first touches on the half turn?
