Billy Sharp scored for Doncaster as did Will Lankshear at Hillsborough, always good to see ex Blades scoring against them ,, North of the border Stefan Scougal got sent off playing for Alloa Athletic ,,, Until I saw Aaron Ramsdale playing for Newcastle v Spurs in League Cup it had completely passed me by that he had gone there , he did have a good game , one interesting stat by the commentator was that while at Southampton last season The Saints had made 19 errors which lead to goals but he wasn't responsible for any of them ,,,Good to see Ben Osborn and Oli Norwood doing well with their Stockport side top of League One ( 3rd Division in old money)

(Was concerned might be mentioning goals for BBD & Brewster today) , ,,, Morgan Gibbs White got one for Notts Forest , prior to him scoring he was the Premier League player with most shots this season without scoring ,, while in FA Cup Billy Sharp and Oli Norwood scored with Lyle Taylor, now at Chelmsford got 2 helping them to a cup shock against their near neighbours Braintree , he really hit the ground running after joining Chelmsford, playing in National League South

Yeah he was out for a long time after a really good couple of seasons.

He left us a few months ago to sign for Birmingham so I assume he's on loan at Golcar.

Watched York beat Morecambe 4-2 at the weekend. Jamal Blackman in goal, made a string of saves, but his distribution was poor and he never looked dominant. 48 goals conceded in 18 games, worst in the league. Great entertaining match though - wow, forgot what that was like.

Apparently he's returning from a 14 month injury layoff - Ball_Sup (Phil) any idea what happened?

SO refreshing to watch a team get plenty of crosses in, good quality ones at that too. Pearce and Stones are a handful, but their work rate was something else, same with the other City players too. Looked a different game to what we've been watching at the Lane over the last few years.

My mate who watches York tells me they’ve scored 4 goals in 4 consecutive matches, and if they do it again in the next game it will be a record as no other club has ever done it.
