I used to be a season ticket holder, but now sit on the Bramall Lane Upper with the tourists.

I felt the police dealt with it well. They let us leave the BLUpper towards town.

If you felt like being a Billy big bollocks there was trouble to be found. If you didn't want it it was avoidable.

To make thinks clear before I get any aggro. Anybody who ended up in something they didn't want gets my sympathy. It's an unfortunate side of football. It adds an edge to the game, it has the potential to ruin in a life when it goes wrong/overboard.

The police were guiding about 40 WHU fans along by Fitzalan Sq and down towards the bus station with those truncheons/batons that they flick and they come out and are as hard as nails. Anyway they get to that bit near the Old Post Office and the WHU's spot that by turning right they could make it onto Arundel Gate. So they legged it up there followed pantingly by a group of South Yorkshire's finest. As they (now) made it down Arundel Street. the plod had to get their batons back in so they could carry them properly. The best way to do this is to bash them against something really hard like a pavement. You know the one they have just spent laying!!

Pretty old many on South Stand. You need a masterclass in patience sometimes as you invariably get stuck behind someone going really slow at some point. Also old bladders take longer to empty so slower queues in the bog.

But you young uns take note 1) a lot of these were Blades before you were born, and 2) you'll be the same one day

So are you generalising and saying everyone other than you on Blut is a tourist? Or referring to the occassions when away fans manage to get on there.?
