IF he wants to be a striker coach, potential, yes but might have his sights on other things. No one's saying he should come tomorrow. But as he's also the EFL's leading scorer this century, wouldn't you say he might have some potential as a eg striking coach - Bladey Bladiness aside?
Why are people obsessed with having ex blades be it Billy or anyone else.Surely you'd want the best person for the job.
This.
Let Billy build some coaching/management experience away from the glare of BL.
I'm sure he will be back some day in a coaching or even management capacity.
But ATM he's still enjoying playing and then will be keen to build experience elsewhere.
Please stop the Bladey Blade nonsense.
Slight difference between professional athletes playing at twice the pace of amateurs and Sunday scuffers .it's not about lasting 95 minutes it's about the intensity that you can play ,most professional footballers could play at weekenders level for hours on end and not break sweat .We need a fitness coach so the professional footballers can last 95 minutes. Just like all the guys that play football at the weekend and have a full time job.
Bash and JOC would be my choice, not had any athletes in the team for a while.
It would be quite humorous if it was a joke but unfortunately they're deadly serious, thousands of them.
Just as long as Monty isn't the shooting coach!Nick Montgomery currently assistant coach at forest would be the obvious bladey bladeness choice for now.
The bladey blades nonsense, is never going to stop mateThis.

Probably be a ‘Player Coach’ to start with - focus on attacking players - but like Jack Lester before he went to Brentford.
Oi!Just as long as Monty isn't the shooting coach!![]()

Thought the world of him. Not the most talented but a real grafter
I'm pretty sure Monty started as a winger. I remember an away game against Norwich where I think he came on as a sub and terrorised their left back.I thought he was the best of the youngsters when he came through. Jags improved massively later on, and Tonge came through slightly after. I’m getting on a bit so might be hazy? haha
Tranmere?
He scored in the Worthington Cup in the ‘Triple Assault’ season! I believe the commentary in the video described it as ‘rifled one in’Wiki says v Birmingham in 2001. I just remember being ridiculously happy
