I've just said the same. Could you imagine the response from most Blades on here if (in the unlikely event) one of their players was up for an award, and somebody suggested affecting the vote? They'd get crucified.

And it's not some minion that's started this one, it's the sad old git that runs the Porktalk. :D
 
Its a joke when you can vote multiple times etc and I would guess a few hundred pig fans added their votes in too thanks to Porktalk as they are bitter and nothing better to do as their admin guy admits. It just makes the pig fans look even more desperate right now and I doubt for one minute if Billy was bothered. I didn't vote myself, didn't get round to it to be honest, it means nothing, what matters is the PFA team of the season as voted by he current pros.
 
Any sort of award being decided by this format is stupidly flawed and therefore pointless. Even if it wasn't for pathetic acts of sabotage, the only reason 90% of people vote is to vote for their own club's player.
 
It may not be a popular choice, but I'd gladly have both of Bolton's centre halves for next season.

You know what Russ, much as I'd like to do that, I don't really care overmuch. Reason why? I have been watching us and the Pigs for 55 + years and to be entirely honest there's a way of conducting yourself with class and self deprecating modesty and there's a way of being an arrogant self publicising braying cunt. The latter has been their way since I used to visit both grounds from around 1965. Its either deluded or a severe case of an inferiority complex. Whatever, even if we lose I know which team, club and supporters is superior.

Back to the original post....the vast majority of them are just incredibly sad insecure bstards. They are the type who probably live at home with their Mums and Dads despite being over 40 years old, don't have a job, and paint their aerofix models all day to pass away the tedium of their insignificant lives. They really are a different breed.

Thank fuk I was brought up a Blade - if I had been a pig I think I might have just chucked mi sen in the canal with a sack and some bricks by now. I wouldn't have been able to live with myself and the shame.
