In my job, the older you are, the more fucked you are. Backs fucked, knees fucked and you can't keep up with all the new rules and changes coming in. Then of course there's the you g lads coming through. The new lads have got shiny new tools. The stamina. The arrogance. The will to work through the elements. Whereas the older guys, when the going gets tough will pack up and go home.
