Is it me or am I expecting too much !
The big screen at the Lane looks like it is something nobody can be arsed to manage properly - for instance how long has Brayford, Harris, Davies and Freeman been with United yet they still don't warrant a photograph on the big screen when it is running through the teams- these guys have contributed to a great recovery this season yet the club can't be bothered to bring them fully into the fold.

Also it could be much more informative with scores from other games at half and full time and also indicating who has scored in the match itself rather than just adverts and the occasional re run of a goal or a non contentious 'highlight'

Yes, I too have recently taken to sitting in the Westfield Corner - PA Quality is very, very poor - but put into context are we surprised ? Off the field Sheffield United FC are generally not very professional - It's not rocket science !
Refreshment and Beer Sales, Ticket Sales, Club Shop, Communications, Match Day Experience - performing well below the team on the field - and they're Third Division !

Agree but the language would be a bit rich to show in such a public place.
Besides, everyone would then know that TarquinDelouche's shit has been unlucky for at least the last three years now and that brownie is an absolute cunt on the shout box when he tries to tell us the oppo has scored a goal (when we believe him as we have such a time delay on Blades Player comms)

Off the field the club is quite its usual off field self.....that is , a shambles. Not as though Linz n Foxy haven't mentioned PA in Westfield corner, its been mentioned and club has the brass neck to claim
it has been fixed. Abysmal...but when has it ever been better?

Turned up before the ref blew his whistle at the start of the game Fiery? Save your anger and stay for one more in the Standard beforehand and these little annoyances pale into insignificance.

Saying that, most teams in this division don't have a scoreboard, so even if ours is shit, it is better than most in this division! UTB

This really is a sign of improvements on the pitch, when fans start moaning about shit off it.

I can't comment on the refreshment and beer sales or club shop as they don't interest me anyway, but just out of interest, what do you find to be wrong with the ticket sales or the communications?

My experience is that the online ticket sales service is excellent, the organisation of sales of tickets for the semi-final has - in my view - been very good, and whenever I contact the ticket office by e-mail they respond in a matter of hours, and are always helpful. I also think the club has communicated well with fans since Prince Abdullah has come in, particularly with the addition of Jim Phipps.

Also, what are you looking for in terms of 'Match Day Experience'?

No problem with your comments, but just interested to hear what you feel the club could do better in these areas.

Me too. If there's one thing I'd ask of the club regarding match day experience it's to be at the forefront of efforts to bring 'safe standing' to the English game. The pint may take a little longer...
