Seamed there was some bollox occurring after the final whistle so he seamed to get the team away from it quickly....for a change..think once he'd done that he didn't want it to be celebratory so got them off quick style.
I think it was about Moore being assaulted just before the final whistle

Put these words in order

On Mate Spot
On top of which, the George Baldock tragedy has weighed heavily on his shoulders as he has taken it upon himself to honour his memory in the most appropriate of ways. It’s visibly taken it’s toll imo and only further adds to the admiration and respect I have for him.

Dragged them away from the nonsense and told them to do a quick acknowledgement of the fans, then made sure it wasn't overdone. Played it perfectly for me.

Remember being at Forest in 2003 when we drew 1-1. Warnock shouting at the players not to spend time clapping the fans looking like we were pleased with the result, then came and gave it the big un himself.

I believe it was to calm the situation after the Moore incident threatened to boil over, taking the players to the fans and straight off afterwards. The result was excellent, not many would have predicted that, but we still have a game on Monday that needs seeing through to get to Wembley, then we can celebrate and hopefully go on and win promotion 🤞

Wilder in his post match interview alluded to the fact the game is not over. Let's not get carried away. It's only half time. I never heard him mention the Moore incident.

Moving on to Monday. Let's all be confident but keep our feet on the ground.

IF (emphasised) we get the correct result on Monday then don't let's have the pitch invasion etc.etc that we saw after the Forest game in 2003. It's already been mentioned but I recall Wolves fans took heart from seeing us that night when we thought the job was done.

I hope Wilder keeps the end of game applause from players to fans to a minimum and Gary Sinclair keeps things low key.

Getting to Wembley is not the ultimate goal. We have to go one better this year.

What was the Moore Incident?

I hated our fans singing Que Sera. Like are you stupid? Have you seen our playoff record? Morons.
“Morons” for getting behind their team and showing a bit of belief? If you can’t enjoy that and engage in a bit of positivity and optimism then what is the point?

This is a bit like the argument I see sometimes on here that a player can’t have their own song “until they’ve earned it”.

We are supposed to be supporters showing encouragement not passive observers waiting for everything to be sewn up and then start crowing.

I’m not always a Wilder fan but thought that he got everything spot on last night, from the starting lineup to the timing of the substitutions and the players he took off/put on, to the reaction after the game.
Just hope he doesn’t go ultra defensive now on Monday and try to defend the lead.
